Product Description
New Softwood and Hardwood Sleepers are machined from natural, organic, unseasoned timber that has not undergone any drying process so being hydroscopic it will naturally season over time which may result in them contracting, distorting and expanding with the seasons.
Splits, checks and shakes are a natural occurrence associated with landscaping timbers which help give them that natural look and will not affect the integrity of the product if orientated appropriately. They will appear as the timber dries as shrinkage will occur in different directions but don’t be alarmed as they are an entirely natural phenomenon.
Sleeper dimensions may vary as sizes stated are nominal, they are a rough sawn product and not machined to an exact tolerance which helps gives them their individual natural character

Delivery Policy
We will endeavour to deliver your items as soon as possible. Items on backorder are not held in stock and can sometimes mean a delay to your delivery. Our normal delivery service is currently 5-7 working days. We will contact you when your order is ready to confirm delivery.
All deliveries are kerbside unless otherwise agreed with the driver on the day. Driver discretion takes precedent. If you require HIAB delivery, please mention this when placing your order. Please add details in the notes section.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a nationwide delivery service on our bulky items. However, if you would like to place a sizeable order, please call our sales office on 01538 753184 as alternative delivery options may be available.
We endeavour to post out your small goods the next working day; however, in busy periods this can take a little longer.

- Smaller items are posted using a Tracked 48 (working) hour service.
