Just wanted to say a massive thank you for letting me exchange my LeMieux saddle mat one year after I bought it. I really appreciated your flexibility with that. I love the new equine store, it’s compact and you can see everything at a glance and there’s still a wide range of stock.. Kate was also really friendly and helpful and was able to advise me about the products I wanted to buy.
