Our 100mm Insulation Board is a cost-saving and environmentally-friendly general purpose insulation board for insulating buildings to a high-quality.

This highly versatile multi-purpose insulation board is ideal for a variety of applications such as flat roofs, pitched roofs, masonry walls, solid floors and timber framed and steel framed systems. It is fabricated from robust polyisocyanurate (PIR) and is straightforward to handle, cut and shape.
This board simply fits between joists and rafters to provide a highly insulating layer of insulation without being too thick. With an impressive thermal conductivity of 0.022W/mK as well as outstanding thermal performance, it easily meets the necessary uValue. The low emissivity foil facing enhances the potential uValue and improves thermal performance in sealed cavity air spaces.
This is suitable for a wide range of applications-
- Ground Floor – Concrete Slab, Suspended Timber Joist, Beam and Block, and Upgrading Existing Concrete Slab
- External Wall – Timber Frame Internal Linings, Timber Frame Sheathing, Between Timber Frame Studs, Solid Masonry Internal Linings
- Pitched Roof – Over Timber Rafters, Sarking, Below Timber Rafters, Between Timber Rafters, Loft insulation – Between and Over Timber Joists
